About the Founder

Preeti Shahal is a Psychotherapist and a Counselling Psychologist by profession, having practiced in the field of psychology for more than a decade both in India and abroad. She has worked with reputed Educational Institutions. She has a Master's degree in Psychology, Post graduate diploma in Guidance and Counselling, Advanced diploma in Counselling Psychology, Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapies.  She is a Certified Psychometric Test Assessor , Life Coach and a NLP Practitioner. She practices therapies such as REBT, CBT, Solution focused brief therapy, EFT, Gestalt Psychotherapy. She aims at holistic mental health, aiming at enhancing and fulfilling the lives of individuals.
